    Yeah, I wish messages could be added directly to the order at any time like with Big in Japan.
    So they have to see that before doing things.

    Today i could compare the ticket times from NY with a different shop. I opened a ticket there today an got my answer... at the same day and it was actually resolved, can you believe that?!

    Meanwhile NY in comparison still no answer after 5+ weeks. What a disappointment. I don´t even expect them to solve anything, any form of response would be welcomend, but no, they stay silent which tells us: "We don´t care".

    As i said before, it can not be that hard for them, but...it is exhausting for me (us?)!

    They had marked it as Resolved.


    They didn't resolve shit.
    Back for round... I lost count.

    I also apparently need to make a ticket to ask them if their staff isn't on vacation this week. At this rate, I'll receive a reply for that by newyears if I'm lucky

    After reading this i checked my tickets again. They "resolved" mine too, left unanswered. I reopened it, but not hoping for much. My reminder ticket is still open but also ignored. Sigh.

    Meanwhile i got a notification that another order from september 2018, paid march 2019, is now in preparation. I expect them to ship in 2021 LMAO!

    I'm seriously thinking of just cutting my losses and filing paypal claims for my 3 preorders that they haven't (and it seems likely aren't going) to do shit about.

    The refunds they give are always for store credit which I don't even want at this point. It sucks that I may have to pay more for a couple figures I'm missing out on, but it's unlikely I'm ever getting these figures from NY so why wait and see while the aftermarket just goes up and up?

    I just don't understand what the problem is AT ALL. I don't care about Covid shipping problems - just contact the customers and ask what shipping they want to change to. This isn't rocket science. It seems like they just aren't getting enough preorders in to fulfill orders in some cases. This is ridiculous.



    Has anyone done this? If I file claims for PO's that aren't "out" yet, does it matter? Will NY delete my account / ban me? I'm just at a loss here.

    Un-Fucking-Believable.

    They just shipped what I've been trying to cancel, for a total of... 1.5 months.
    Also, just like last time, they only replied to the ticket after it was too late.

    I am honestly sick of this.

    Had another livechat, and he was more helpful than previous staff.
    Just have to wait for Marine again.... However long that'll take this time...

    Is she the only person working there or what?

    Edit: After much pressing, they managed to stop the parcel and started the refund process.
    I am so glad this specific wild ride is over (And that I couldn't sleep, or this would've gone worse)
    Definitely triple-checking any re-release in the future.

The TL incident was their fault, but such a shop should also be able to solve that.
    We are now in august. Not much longer and we are a year further. I am wondering, where is their excuse, their info to this matter? There is nothing except the C-19 message. Hell, they haven't even updated their shipping methods, although it is clear that they will not be able to offer TL in the future.
    But all of this is still no excuse to not communicate at all!

    Ordered and paid for Nanachi ITEM #675995 back in October 2019, also paid for a shipping upgrade in May 2020 to EMS.

    It's now August and they still haven't shipped the figure to me. I have raised a few tickets and they just keep getting marked as resolved, with no reply.

    The paypal refund is not an option as it's been over 6 months, so will have to file a charge back with CC :/ Hopefully they send my nekopara girls quickly and that will be the end of using NY for me.

    More response than i got. All i got was that they changed TL shipping to EMS without asking me before. My local customs office was happy about the extra money they could take from me, as they put vat on the already paid vat <.< NICE!
    The real question is, when will they deliver?

    Then we are in the same boat. Some of my orders got shipped in the last months, but some are still left. I have also ordered the Nekopara girls from them long ago, paid in january. Looks like they released yesterday, so they should be on the way soon. Let´s see if they get those two out in time...my hopes are low though.

    They've been answering my tickets, even if it takes them 3-4 days. So that's ok with me.
    But now they just updated my order from TL to Ferry and shipped it, even though I wanted to use EMS. Guess I'll see Eriri in 3 months then. >_> What did I send that ticket for when they do whatever they want?? Lol.

    Edit: I'm so confused. They said in the ticket they updated to Ferry, but on the order page it says EMS? What's the truth?? xD

    Check the tracking number. EMS starts with EJ.

    Do they ask for payment?
    The other order I had, they changed it to UPS because it was right after the restrictions, but they changed it for free.

    Same for both orders they send end of july

    Thanks for the answer, that's basically what happened with my other order. Just UPS instead of EMS.
    Maybe they don't have the items to ship, so they aren't preparing the order.
    And they are only letting me chose because I contacted them.

    I think that it depends on the weight of the order and the destination: I am in Europe and I ordered the Apex figure of Yae Sakura that weighs 3,5kg, so the shipping with EMS was more expensive than TL. So I had to pay an extra fee.
    The problem is that this new shipping cost doesn't include custom fees, unlike TL that included them. So, like Lorycia said, you'll have to pay extra custom fees when your order will arrive. That's frustrating but it would work like that with most of other stores.

    Just to explain my current experience with them, for those interested, and FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ORDERED APEX YAE SAKURA from NY :
    I ordered this figure on january. Since I choosed TL for this order, I contacted them to change the shipping method to EMS (available since june to my country). Like I said before, they asked me an additional fee because of the weight of the box. But before to pay, I wanted to be sure that they had the figure in stock, because after reading all your comments here, it seemed that they didn't ship this figure to anyone so, it seemed they didn't have her in stock.

    So I sent several tickets to ask if they had this figure in their warehouse and I didn't get any answer. I ended up loosing all my hope on them and re-ordered this figure recently on Rakuten before she becomes unfindable.
    But finally I contacted the live chat two weeks ago and I got a clear answer: now they have this figure in their warehouse. They told me that they were overwhelmed and that they will send the order soon. I didn't want to cancel it because this one was WAY cheaper than the second one ordered recently (even with the extra custom fees) and I saw it like a good investment so I paid the extra cost, the order passed on "preparation in progress" and now I'm waiting for the shipment.

    It seems like they're finally going to ship her to me (I hope). Finally it looks like I'll have two of them and I'll surely sell one. The conclusion is that it is looooooooong but not impossible.

    Has anyone who had preordered a figure from them that was released in the last 3 or so months actually had the figure ship? In stock items seem to ship, but the preorders are just languishing, and they ignore every ticket.

    Still debating just paypal claiming my orders. This is getting ridiculous.

    Yeah, the prices they quoted me are way more expensive.
    They are asking for 7400 yen for EMS or 7600 yen for airmail registered, and that's for 1 Polynian, 1 Nendoroid, 2 Figuarts and 1 HG Gunpla.
    It's crazy, I'm never going to pay that, I checked Amazon Japan and they have all of the items in stock. Some items are more expensive while others are cheaper, but in the end it's going to cost a lot less.
