    Does AmiAmi allow it if I use my family credit card? Name on the Card is not the same as the name in my account.

    nothing, maybe higher shipping costs but now you find a disclaimer on product page when it could happen

    Some basics
    - No upfront payment for preorders
    - 7 days to pay for your order once release and received the invoice
    - All shipping method prices will be available once you get the invoice
    - Some shipping methods will not available for some countries
    - You might get banned if you cancel your order
    - 100% ban for not paying by the due date

    Wow AmiAmi,

    I've been using AmiAmi past couple years. Yesterday, I got a surprise email claiming that I requested order cancellation (pre-order) and if I do this more, my account could get banned. I did not even request cancellation, so I reached out to them. They apologized short and told me to re-order. So I asked if my account has any note regarding order cancellation and they said YES (which is this order). I told them that I did not request any order cancellation but they don't really listen to me. Btw, this is pre-order and no, I don't have any pending payment or so. Anyone ever had similar issue? Customer Service does not look like they listen to me...making false accusation to me.

    I recommend to change your passwords on your AmiAmi account and email account.

    Same. They will 100% cancel that order that you fail to pay after 7 days, and they usually only ban people if you fail to pay too often or keep cancelling your order.

    Never had this issue before. Maybe you want to ask when did they received the cancellation request? And like what others already suggested, maybe change your passwords.

    I believe that if you're ordering the same items that you missed payment for, they treat that as a canceled order so you won't be able to order those specific items from them anymore (someone else can confirm this for me).

    But if you mean in general, like, if you can still use the site to buy other stuff, then as long as they have not banned you, you can proceed and order as normal. :)

    Hello! I just had a weird thing happen to my orders on AmiAmi. Firstly I've emailed them asking to split my order since 1 of the items scheduled for June was delayed to July. I go ahead to check if they had changed anything only to find that they completely removed the whole order from my order history.
    Has anyone had this happen to them? Did they just outright cancel my order even though I didn't ask for it to be cancelled? Or are they going to add my order back after they modify it? I'm asking because I want to make another preorder for items I can still preorder for June so that I can at least get some of them. Thanks!

    They delete the old order and make new ones, so don't worry about it. But if for some reason the new orders don't appear in some days, contact them and explain the situation, but I'm almost sure that won't be necessary.

    I contacted them like 5 minutes ago and just now got a reply saying that my order was modified. I was just baffled and thought they misread my message and thought I requested a cancellation. Tnx for the reply. My apologies for not knowing this. I'm still a newb in this hobby and have a lot to learn I guess. One thing I did know was that cancellations on AmiAmi lead to getting banned so that had me terrified for a moment.

    Just wondering if anyone’s had problems sending PayPal payments for amiami lately? I’ve been getting error messages when I try to log in to make my amiami payment. However, I was able to use my PayPal account just fine on other sites like OtakuMode this afternoon. I’ve been on the phone with both my bank and Paypal’s Customer Support but they all said that it’s most likely a problem with the merchant’s site. Amiami’s FAQ said that they can’t help with PayPal issues though/to contact PayPal customer support for help though..

    I'm having that exact same problem. I don't know what to do. I get an error message on both my laptop and phone. I'm going to wait for a few hours and if it still doesn't start working I'm going to email and ask amiami if I can send a manual payment.
