kfarwellhace 2 años#29454585I haven't used the X controller but the FT one is quite loose and not clicky. From your description I am guessing it is the same.

Thanks for letting me know that. I guess they are the same yeah, i would have bought the FT version if i didn't own the X one yet, but it's absolutely not worth the upgrade as it's just the same controller with a new sticker.

Still the best way to play the game though!

Rinkuhace 2 años#27839044Question to you though, do you own this new version?
My previous question was if they changed the buttons itself; not just the layout. I like playing on my X mini controller, but the buttons are not great, not clicky like the real arcade buttons, and feel very loose. I was wondering if they improved the buttons to be more clicky and solid on this FT version; i'd buy this one too if that's the case, but getting it imported just to get the same buttons and same controller with a different sticker on it would be a lot of money for nothing...

cfxhace 2 años#27619471There is some change in the reassignment/layout functions, to make it work better with Future Tone. Some diagrams on Hori's page here:

I know that yeah, i own the Diva X one and use it for FT. I opened up my controller, and switched the buttons to make them look like the arcade layout, instead of just remapping.

Rinkuhace 2 años#26616244Oww man, now i regret getting the Diva X one for my Future Tone copy...
When this releases, can anyone who bought it confirm if this FT version is the same as the X version of the controller, or not? If they improved this version with better, clickier buttons, i might buy it too..
If it's just the sticker though, Meh, i can live with that.

BloodFlowerhace 2 años#27278823... There is one? Since it's a PS4 controller, a touch pad is mandatory and it's pretty easy to use as a slider (which is probably what it's used for in the game). The small black square above Miku's head is the touch pad. I don't know why you would want another one on the controller when the PS4 hardware already have one.
Because the entire point of a dedicated controller like this is to mimic the arcade cabinet, and the standard PS4 touchpad is a poor substitute for the long touch slider on the arcade game. Too bad they no longer release the large arcade controllers.

Omochikaerihace 2 años#26907275Totally looks the same as the last one.
At least add a touch slider, geez.
