FREEing has produced Ikki Tousen 1/4 bunnies in the past and none of them, as far as I can tell, are cast-off.

I wouldn't expect any bunnies with full fishnets to be cast-off. Chest maybe, but not full body. The fishnets are usually just glued into the socket, so removing/swapping parts wouldn't really work.
