Is this just a reflection of Ninnin's business policy, or something more widespread elsewhere?
I understand that H.M.s bunch of long hair is subject to damage, but the manufacturer is GSC - have they afford inadequate packaging in the past? I don't want to cancel the order if not necessary.
Haven't seen anything that bad before. Might be possible to get some kind of compensation if you can prove who caused it, but not going to be easy with that description/warning.
Usually just other materials like resin sort of are accepted/understood to break easily during shipping. Some shipping companies might also be a better choice than others (for handling and compensation). I think GSC is usually good with their packaging.

yeah it’s been a hot minute I believe I contacted them to close it because I had issues since I still had preorders so I couldn’t fully close it on my own side. My boyfriend bought a brand new car so he couldn’t get me these two preorders coming up he said he would so I didn’t want to pay for them and understood he just got this brand new vehicle. So closing the account was the only option and it worked because they have a no cancellation policy. I had no problems when I contacted Amazon japan and I’ve made a new account.
