Mandimoosehace 15 días#112199790Have you gotten any updates?Yup! They're gonna have me send back the regular version and will print a shipping label for me. They'll also cover my customs fees for the DX version if I get them again.

Amidora Nope.
I also received the regular version instead of the DX version. Submitted a ticket on July 19th, no response other than they're looking into it. Asked for an update on the 27th, got a response stating they are still looking into it with their warehouse to make sure it isn't a SKU setup issue.

It's now been another week with no response. I really hope they didn't accidentally send out the DX version to customers that purchased the regular version and ran out the stock... lol

I did the same thing (showed the normal figure with my packing slip that says DX) but I guess they have to check to make sure people arent buying a standard copy separately and trying to upgrade to a DX. The whole thing is silly and just a big pain, I hate having to ship stuff back =T

I feel like the image I sent is pretty clearly the standard version with my packing slip showing that I ordered the deluxe.Yeah I just sent it in today! I came to check here if something similar happened to others, I'm so upset!
