darkroseblast (hace 7 días) #35618506That paint damage is significant. If the seller really did list these as Like-New, either they blatantly lied or during transit to you something went horribly wrong, in which case it doesn't seem like they were packed/protected well at all. If it were me, I'd definitely return them for a refund, and file a claim if they refuse.

Thanks for the recommendation! Yeah, I contacted the seller, and he was adamant about how they were in like-new condition, when clearly they were sitting outside for the dust to pile up on the figures. Contacted eBay directly to get it dealt with!

ashin1012 (hace 7 días) #35614909Hi everyone!
I ordered 3 figures set of "Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" from eBay, and only cost me about $60 for all!
The problem is, although the seller said they were in "like-new" condition, as the pictures below show, they really have some painting damage...
What should I do? Should I ask for a refund or just keep it and try to DIY (which I am bad at) Thanks!

yurii (hace 12 días) #35367479ohh i see, well looking at that there's seam lines at the tops of her legs so they must come off. that's what someone else has said on the variant version ITEM #6961

That's the problem I can't pull her leg off (don't know which leg) without snapping the bottom of her torso (where it meets the "hips")
