Terrence (hace 2 años) #14746652She's not as terrible as people exaggerate her to be though, which is good. Bell Fine is a new company, and it's a shame their prices don't match what they offer. I would consider her if she was like 7-8k yen, but she's too close to prize quality to even consider her. I'll most likely opt for her nendoroid along with Megumi nendoroid if I wanted KonoSuba gear. (Unless blessed Alter, Max Factory, etc pick the girls up as scales for the upcoming season 2!)

I agree...people made her sound way worse than she was in reality. She's not a bad figure; but not worth the high price Bell Fine is asking for her. But the Nendoroid of her should be really good! ^^ Let's hope someone else makes a good figure of Aqua and Megumin in a larger scale! Thanks, Terrence!

Pekola (hace 2 años) #14747082I don't think the figure is bad. It does seem to have some slight issues. But the biggest hurdle is the fact that Bellfine is selling at way too high a price considering what they're offering.
If they want to sell at expensive prices, then they need to justify it with quality.

Yeah, the figure's not really bad at all. The main problem is, as you said, the price. It's too high for the overall quality of the figure. It's not really worth the high price; but at a lower price she'd be worth it. ^^ Thank you for the comment, Pekola!

MetalSamamon (hace 2 años) #14720982Yeah, I pretty much agree with you on this. The figure is worth it; but only when you get it for a lot less (like 7k-8k, like you said). It's not a terrible figure (like Griffon's figures), but it's certainly not the best either. I'd say that calling this figure 'normal' is the best to describe it, in every aspect.
Thank you, Statusunkown! Glad I could help you decide on this one! ^^ I'm getting the Nendoroid of her too, btw.

Can't wait to see your review of her nendoroid then ^_^

victorviper (hace 2 años) #14720921Thanks for this review. I don't know the character or the source, but Bell Fine seems to be ramping up their number of releases, and it's nice to have some idea of what level of quality to expect from their releases.

Bell Fine seems to be trying to make a name for themselves; Kono Suba is a series with a good following so it's a good place to start with figure-making (at least on a larger scale). Their quality needs to go up though if they want to keep making and selling figures though; especially for this high of a price-point.

I'm glad I was able to help you too, victorviper! Thanks for the comment! ^___^

I really didn't know when it came to this figure. Yes, I liked Konosuba. But did I like it enough to buy a 12k yen figure from an unknown company?
The answer after seeing this review is sadly no. This figure seems good but not 12k yen good. The figure is very normal. The pose doesn't seem to be anything spectacular, neither does the paintjob or the base.
In fact, the paintjob on the front hair looks really bad.
I'll stick to the nendoroid. Might buy this for 8k-7k yen, if it ever drops to that.
