I ordered a $114 figure from them recently not knowing it could possibly be a fraud. There is no bootlegs of this figure as of yet and the tracking number was giving me updates on ship2track.com but for the last week ship2track has been down. The last update I got was it has departed Japan for USA. It's been 2 weeks since its departed japan and still nothing at my doorstep. I have tried every tracking site and they all say no info available. I opened a dispute with PayPal just in case this is all fake and it is looking pretty fishy right now

I ordered a figure thru them on December 17th and I haven't received it yet.
Not so unexpected because of holiday delays, but they have yet to respond to several attempts to get them to address my concerns about the failure of their livetracking link to locate the package.
So at worst so far is their customer service is a huge fail.
We'll see if the order comes thru in a week.
I'm beginning to smell a rat.
I'll keep you posted if I can.

Jw if you got your order? still waiting on mine trying to estimate a ETA.

OmegaSupremehace 1 año#49536903Yeah, I ordered a couple of things on New Years. That was a mistake as customer service has been horrendous. They replied to me pretty quickly when I needed to cancel something. It reflected on my account and then I never received the refund on Paypal.
That's when I found posts like this and decided to submit claims on Paypal. Like someone else mentioned, their tracking #'s have not been recognized on JP Post (which I know can happen many times with SAL). The problem is that they don't seem like a credible company, and never responded to my inquiry of proof of shipment.
Paypal was awesome and has handled everything. They never replied to Paypal on my three claims, and I was refunded on all three. Will be curious to see if the items actually show up now.
My advice: Not worth the hassle even if I do wind up receiving product. Here's a video someone else made of product that they actually received. Not good if you're a collector. youtu.be/rKqing...

Oh wow, that packaging. Yeah. Think I'm going to steer well away.

There are a bunch of red flags to me - yes, it looks like stolen design and is very unfinished (they still have the theme creators logo at the top, social media links not filled in/deleted, some skin elements probably stolen from Solaris). I'm on my phone, so can't check source, but the site has a Shopify style layout but the checkout does not appear to follow the proper Shopify flow and NOT Https. It set my country to UK (which is correct) and told me no payment methods are available. Hmmm....

I seriously wouldn't use that checkout. I prefer not entering details in a form that doesn't appear to use even the most basic of security. I might as well pin my address and probably my card details to the work noticeboard if I use that site.
