Finally, I have finished my new figure shelf *^*Finally, I have finished my new figure shelf *^*Diary

Since I started collecting figures, I ended up having the same issue all of us had... Damn, I had no more space to expose them, and more figure were on their way to my house !

That was my first problem.

But I had another one, completely unrelated. A few months ago I did a cosplay flag based on Supercell's "Love is war" song. I was pretty satisfied with how he looked (see here), but I had no real idea what to do with it. So I just nailed it to my wall and let him here. But it was pretty useless.

Finally, I found a solution for both issues at the same time. After a couple of days of painting / drilling / whatever, here's the result :

I'd like to know if you have some good advices to improve it. I'm still a newbie collector so maybe you have good tips about figures exposing to teach me :)

Animatronichace 5 años#2398984What a fantastic setup! You really put time and effort into creating this and it's so easy to see! I look forward to seeing more works of art like this from you :)

Thanks for your appreciation :)

It wasn't that hard actually, the only painfull time was the drilling because of my bloody wall (there must be steel in there, I swear xD ).

I'm actually thinking about turning my Ghost in the Shell ARISE frame into a kickass stand for this figure, but I'm still not sure I'm gonna do it. If I don't find a satisfying idea, I probably won't buy the figure.

ZoroZoldyckhace 5 años#2395133I don't think so.. I just leave them on a towel under the fan and they dry up fast.
Sometimes I dry them using the towel and leave them for a bit so every I'm sure there's no water inside

I'll try then, thanks ^^

Sbabhace 5 años#2395124Thanks, but they're not complete yet, I need more of them to make a huge gig ;p
I assume you're right, but i'm a bit afraid because of the sediments in water. Is there no trace left after they dry ? o.o

ZoroZoldyckhace 5 años#2395116Nice! for cleaning figures I also have figures on shelves but just soaking them in water for a few seconds and maybe using a sponge makes them look good as new! I love how my figres look after their bath :p
It's much easier than brushing every figure.
