StarshipPooper (hace 5 días) #1873360Yes
Ah okay thanks.
Hello! Sorry to bother you, but I always wondered, out of all your figures, which one is you rarest? I'm just so curious! You have such a big collection!
I love you Asuka GKs most of all *drools*.
StarshipPooper (hace 5 días) #1873162I'll be selling that figure including the bonus limited item with it.
As for Volks US, no, only the US. You need to go to the Volks international store for anywhere outside the US. There should be links from there to the it.
As for the animated GIFs I just use whatever is free. I've used various things, nothing in particular.
Ah okay then. As for the Volks international site, would this be the site you are referring to http://www.volks.co.jp/company/, since this is all that comes up when I search for it (along with the USA website)?
StarshipPooper (hace 8 días) #1869516Not sure what figures you're referring to?
Thanks for the link. And the figures I'am referring used to have Limited listed on the RAN (or RAM) on the Details page of the figure (not sure where that went with the new interface of MFC). A figure that I am certain was limited is this one (item #125017).
Also may I ask if Volks services outside of America as well as the program or website yu use to create GIF's?
StarshipPooper (hace 8 días) #1868504Too many figures, don't know which I won't sell until i see them. Just know it won't be that many.
Would Limited RAN figures also be included in the list of figures your keeping? Also just wanted to know where the link to the Volks Website (english) is.
StarshipPooper (hace 9 días) #1867373Did you ferret steal any part of her to hide yet...
My biggest ferret does something really annoying... he keeps stealing one of the toilet brushes and I have to chase him through the house to get it back. And when I do he's like a dog and won't let go and keeps biting and pulling...
OH wow! your ferret is really active ! I find it lovely, if only mine could do something like this...
He is soo powerless that he backslides... He cannot jump and HE POOPS EVERYWHERE D=
Oh well, the first thing he did to the figure was nibbling on the transparant protective thingy... Thankfully I noticed it early so no holes XD
StarshipPooper (hace 9 días) #1867360Wait, so how long did it take to get here?
It took 10 days :o pretty fast for slow shipping!
Hello StarshipPooper !
I just received Miku Lamp ! She is sooo lovely! I
Thank you very much ^-^
I took a photo with Kyo :o
StarshipPooper (hace 11 días) #1863492OK, so just keep an eye out on the US Volks site? I see they have something upcoming? yup, Volks Usa will update their blog to inform people when the lottery will open. Hopefully both dollfie dreams announced for December will be available in America, because sometimes there are licensing issues. And I think next Saturday the USA site is selling the September Outfit line, which means... Click wars!
StarshipPooper (hace 11 días) #1863380Wait, so where do you apply for the lotteries? if you're in Japan you can actually attend the Doll Party (aka Dolpa), but overseas buyers can enter the After Event, via their international website. If you live in America, you can enter twice via the US website AND the international site. Right now Volks has announced their December lottery, so the After Event should be held in January. Volks international will open a new page just for lottery entries closer to that date :D
Your collection is amazing! I'm very envious *__*!
Hi! I've recieved Madoka a few days ago but I didn't open the box until just yesterday. Thank you SO much! It's like an early birthday gift to me, haha!
If that's what it's going to be, I'm prepared, depending on the total price. If you are selling her, of course. Still thinking if I should wait for version 2 (item #182793). I don't think her pre-order started yet, correct?StarshipPooper (hace 26 días) #1839796US Postal Service is the least expensive option available for international shipping, for shipping in general for me. "Private" companies will usually want double to triple to send.
StarshipPooper (hace 22 días) #1845888Just the living areas. I don't open most of the figures, just stack them in one of the piles.
Yeah I kinda thought you did from seeing the image above. Just wondering does your sack of figures pile up until the ceiling of your condo?
StarshipPooper (hace 22 días) #1845860bahzahkah (hace 22 días) #1845844Ah I see. Does your collection take up only the bedroom areas (assuming you live by yourself an your pets take minimal space) and living room area?[/quote
I use the entire house as a display area...
Wow. Does that also include the bathroom and kitchen area as well? And also I was wondering is there not some point in time where you have too much figures that they cannot fit (Did a rough estimate using the usual figure box size's for nendos, scaled and figmas and the amount you have, doesn't the space overtime become a bit squeezy)
StarshipPooper (hace 22 días) #1845833I'm basically in a small house with neighbors on both sides. I have 2 floors, 2 bedrooms 1.5 bathroom, etc.
Ah I see. Does your collection take up only the bedroom areas (assuming you live by yourself an your pets take minimal space) and living room area?
StarshipPooper (hace 22 días) #1845810I'm in a starter home AKA condo. I'll be looking to get a actual house that's bigger with a dedicated display room eventually.
Hmmm not really sure how big those are and whenever I search it on google, it comes up with 5 star condos in times square or the likes......
StarshipPooper (hace 22 días) #1845788I'm assuming looters or the trash or both.
When I read your reply, the first thing that came to my mind was this View spoilerHide spoiler. Also what type of house (or apartment) do you live in? From what I've seen from your pics, you must be really good in spatial arrangements.
EDIT: By the way I noticed you have this figure (item #151397). Just wanted to ask did your's have any stringy like substance (Looks kinda like glue) on the hair plate with the fringe?
Just a question out of the blue (Also I don't mean any personal offence), but me and my friend were wondering what would happen to your vast collection if something happens to you? (Is it going to your family? or possibly a figure museum).
I'll wait for your decision then ^^
Is that the cheapest shipping option? I don't care much for slow shipping, as long as I receive it xD
StarshipPooper (hace 26 días) #1839784Yep, will probably be selling one. Need to check her out first before I decide on what to do. I'll let you know if I get to that point.
As for shipping it's not that bad and usually pretty fast. I've sent figures to Norway, Sweden and Finland using just regular 1st class and it's gotten there in 2 or 3 days. But you're looking at around 15 to 20 dollars because they raised their rates...
