reaver121 (hace 7 días) #19949733I heard that if you cancel too much that they ban your account. To be sure I looked up their faq (question : 'Can you cancel my order/part of my order?') but it's a bit vague about it, only stating : 'please be advised that the cancellations will remain in your account history and will affect your account/purchase status.'. Anyone here actual experience with problems because of cancellations ?

I have cancelled quite a few figures and I always get the same email, I try to cancel after I pay for a figure just to be safe lol. I've also cancelled part of my order with no problem.

As long as its not back to back cancellations your fine... if your a frequent shopper there your fine. They do partial order cancel but not often.

TheMauler (hace 7 días) #19932674It's best to PO right away if you really like a figure especially from places like Amiami where you don't need to pay up front, so if for whatever reason you have decided not to get it you can always cancel.

ferretinjapan (hace 7 días) #19932636I found this out the hard way a couple times now, so I am less hesitant to hit the PO button as I know hesitating will often make things worse. So many figures these days jump significantly in price and often even secondhand versions they are still much more than the original preorder price.

murialita (hace 8 días) #19925461Because you are late. She's a super popular figure, so the cheaper stores are sold out and the rest are trying to capitalize. Not to mention the fact that she was already fairly expensive four months ago when preorders opened.

Amiami fucked my preorder, I had her ordered the day she came out.

TheMauler (hace 8 días) #19932495Yup, Never seen a figure on Pre Order go up by 100$+. Definitely taking note. Always Pre Order as soon as possible just in case something like this happens lol.
